4.27.22 Did not sit through TONs of travel ADs to watch old travel show! 4.9 GEE SAME complaint since 12.2021....STOP making me watch ads when I pull out the charging cable. SURELY PBS is smart enough to FIX IT. 2.24 HOW many travel ADs, PBS? Too many! 2.18.22 DOES not hold place on SAME device in span of 10 minutes??! 2.17.22 Does not keep track of place when you own more than one device. 1.22.22 Screwed up play list on Vienna Blood. PAY ATTENTION, pbs.

App "times out" a LOT or won't open; freezes; login is a hassle; "all shows, on demand" is not true, eg, season 9 of Call Midwife, not in cue ...? Newsletter links to web instead of app (?) I watch nearly exclusively on my phone & my experience has been 50% exasperating. ALSO, where's app "HELP"? PLEASE do better! Now BUGS!!

Access to quality reporting of the news, and other well done productions; the News Hour, Washington Week, Frontline, Ken Burns documentaries, Nature, This Old House.... a great experience

I ♥️ PBS and am a dedicated financial supporter. WIVB Buffalo-Toronto in my opinion is the best station in the PBS franchise. The fact that WIVB includes Toronto in it's viewership also allows us here in Buffalo to enjoy the best that PBS has to offer. I love British television and documentaries and Canada being with in the British Commonwealth allows us to enjoy all of that British programming has to offer.
